You may use RoboSim AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4.Intellectual Property
RoboSim AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, robot library assets, and documentation.
5.User Content
You retain ownership of environments, behaviors, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to operate the platform.
6.Prohibited Conduct
You may not reverse engineer the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it to develop a competing product without our written consent.
7.Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Simulation results do not guarantee real-world hardware performance.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboSim AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
11.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
